Overview
Sled work is one of the most effective conditioning tools available — low skill, high output, and easy to scale by adjusting load. The Titan Fitness V2 makes sled training accessible to home gym owners who don’t want to spend $500+ on a premium option.
Build Quality
The Titan V2 is solidly built for the price. Welds are functional if not elegant, and the powder coat holds up well with moderate use. Athletes pushing heavy loads frequently on concrete may find the skis wear faster than on premium alternatives — but at this price point, that’s expected.
Hyrox Compatibility
The Hyrox sled push uses a specific Hyrox sled (not available for retail purchase), but training with a push sled in the 50–100kg loaded range will translate well to race conditioning. The Titan V2 handles that loading range easily.
What You’ll Need
To use this sled on turf, purchase the matching turf skis separately. For garage gym use on rubber or concrete flooring, the standard metal skis work fine.
Verdict
The best budget sled for CrossFit conditioning and Hyrox preparation. If you’re training in a commercial box or can afford to spend more, a Rogue Sled 2.0 is the next step up. For home gym athletes on a budget, the Titan V2 is hard to fault.
