Overview
The Rogue Kettlebell is the no-frills standard for CrossFit training. Single-cast iron means the horn and handle are one continuous piece — there are no welds that can crack under repeated drops. The powder coat provides grip without being excessively rough on bare hands.
Which Weight to Buy
For men starting kettlebell training: 24 kg (53 lb) is the standard starting point for swings. For women: 16 kg (35 lb). If you’re buying one for general use, the 24 kg covers swings, goblet squats, Turkish get-ups, and farmer carries for most male athletes.
Hyrox Note
The Hyrox farmer’s carry uses 2×24 kg (men’s open). If you’re training for Hyrox, buy a pair of 24 kg bells.
